The Vasse Felix estate includes Margaret River's original vines, planted in 1967. Since 1987, the Holmes à Court Family have guided Vasse Felix with a steadfast vision: for it, and the Margaret River wine region, to be thriving and world-regarded, 100 years into the future, and beyond.

Vasse Felix was founded by Margaret River pioneer Dr Thomas Brendan Cullity in 1967. Since 1987, the Holmes à Court family have owned and run Vasse Felix, with a focus on creating high-quality wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.

Visiting the estate there is a great balance between heritage and modernity. The underground Vault, with its collection of every vintage since 1972, is an impressive time capsule. Upstairs, the contemporary Wine Lounge offers panoramic views over the original vineyard, creating a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.

The vineyard offers a large range of tours, everything from 1.5 hours to a full day, each tour is hosted by a dedicated guide. Or if you'd prefer something more casual you can visit the Cellar Door to taste through the range.

The restaurant at Vasse Felix is another highlight, especially if you opt for the multi-course tasting experience in the restaurant. It's not just about luxury pairings, but rather how local produce is interpreted to complement the wine. There's no sense of pretension, just thoughtful hospitality.
