Part of a new generation of Rioja wineries, Roda was founded in the 1980s in the historic heart of the town of Haro. Located above the old railway station, the winery is open for curious visitors, and from May to October there is the opportunity to walk through the vineyards along the Ebro River to better understand the Atlantic, Mediterranean and continental influences on Rioja Alta. Private visits can also be arranged to taste older vintages, take carriage rides through the vines or picnic on the balcony overlooking the river.
