Traditional white-washed adobe houses contrast the striking contemporary pavilion looking out over the Casablanca Valley, an oasis nestled amongst pine forests and olive groves which can all be appreciated on guided cycling tours. Activities like cookery classes and helping to hand-harvest the grapes are ideally rewarded by the signature four-course menu at Tanino restaurant – alongside plenty of wine, of course.
