Viñedos del Contino

Part of the famous CVNE group of wineries, Viñedos del Contino was founded in 1973 but built on much older foundations. The 200-year-old manor house sits above cellars dating to the 16th century. And the whole winery is surrounded by 62 hectares of vines from which all its wines are made. On your tour of these historic facilities, you will see the thousands of bottles stored in the cellars, the vast oak vats in which they are made, and then taste the wines themselves. If you book in advance it's also possible to enjoy Riojan hospitality with lunch or dinner.
