Inspired by the burgeoning biodynamic viticulture movement he witnessed in Europe, Jimi Brooks returned home to Oregon determined to make wine the same way. Brooks Wine was founded in 1998 and was certified biodynamic in 2002. Jimi passed away tragically young but his commitment to the land and to make expressive Oregon Riesling and Pinot Noir is continued by his son, Pascal, and longtime friend and winemaker, Chris. The winery is also B Corp certified and supports numerous environmental causes. As well as visits and tastings, the winery hosts numerous events throughout the year.
