Founded in 1997 on an abandoned wheat farm south of McMinnville, Oregon, this chemical free, biodynamic wine estate should be a Mecca for pinot lovers. Their tasting room is open seven days a week, but don’t forget to pre-book the locally curated charcuterie board (feeds three-four but 48 hours’ notice required). Maysara also has one of the largest indoor and outdoor venues in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Their majestic stone and wood winery is surrounded by 532 acres of vineyards. It can be hired for birthday celebrations, corporate events or weddings, but if you’re getting married, biodegradable rose-petal confetti only please.
