A strong sense of tradition is upheld here at Château Ygay, which is surrounded by 300 hectares of vineyards and boasts a recently modernized winery to build on its heritage. Tours take you through the vineyards and cellars, with countless tasting options combining quintessential wines with local cuisine ranging from snacks up to haute cuisine. The estate’s Wine Bar looks out over the vineyards and booking is highly recommended.
