Certified organic as of 2021, Bodega Renacer produces world-leading Malbecs and more from a Tuscan-style winery built in 2004 that features a fully solar-powered barrel room. A selection of tours take you through all of this, in addition to the vineyards and the ‘appassimento’ area where grapes are dried out to produce the traditional Italian Amarone della Valpolicella style of wine – a compelling quirk for a winery located in the Andean foothills. The mountainous setting enables lots of adventures, including horse riding and cycling through the vineyards with tastings among the vines, and a traditional Argentinian restaurant offers paired tasting menus and picnic options.
