The clean concrete architecture blends into the desert-like terrain of the Uco Valley, and with the Andes in the background and acres of sky up above, the floor-length windows of the tasting room make you feel a part of nature. Tastings can include Corazon del Sol’s prestige Gran Reserva Malbec, which only has limited runs, or an international perspective by sampling these prime Argentinian wines alongside those from Dr Ravena’s Napa and Oregon estates.
