Spellbinding circles are everywhere at this biodynamic estate, founded in 2011 – from the concentric vineyards to the Brutalist octagonal bodega to the overarching philosophy, which guides the organic farming and minimal intervention techniques. A stark and striking destination in the desert valleys of the Andes, the family members behind this boutique project personally lead tours through the farm (to mingle with the animals) and winery (sampling wines directly from the oak barrels and concrete eggs). Tastings include up to seven wines from the range, which you can appreciate further at Tanino restaurant alongside the à la carte or four-course tasting menus.
