Taste in the wine cellar, then enjoy a seven-course meal in their restaurant, Cal – Gastronomía Viva, where the weekly menu reflects their farm-to-fork philosophy. There’s the unusual opportunity to create your own wine alongside Matías, but only 10 places are available each year for members only.
