Bodega Norton
Mendoza, Argentina
A hugely respected heritage estate founded in 1895, Bodega Norton allows guests to bask in both its past and its innovations. The historic cellar dating back to 1919 is bedecked with heart sculptures as a charitable initiative for the Favaloro Foundation and the original manor house and gardens, designed by celebrated French-Argentine architect Carlos Thays, host La Vid restaurant, which serves casual tapas inside and a fine-dining paired tasting menu on the terrace. Guests can reward their walk or cycle through the vineyards with a glass from the Wine Truck or a luxury picnic, or get really hands on by tending to the vines and blending their very own wines. With a wine collection spanning white, red, rosé and sparkling and a plethora of tasting options to be personalized, there is something for everyone here.
